SBE Block is Generac's containerized industrial battery system, built to pair with standby and prime generation on commercial and campus sites. It can be specified alongside a new generator project from the outset, or layered onto standby power that is already in place, giving a facility a source of stored energy it can draw on before generation ever has to start.

ARC and ARC Pro microgrid controllers

ARC and ARC Pro controllers give a facility one point of coordination across generation, switchgear and storage, so the system can shift automatically between grid power, stored energy and on-site generation depending on conditions. We look at your peak demand, utility rate structure and outage history, then size SBE Block or PWRcell 2 around that data rather than a fixed package size.

Can storage be added to a generator we already own?

In many cases yes, provided the existing generator and switchgear are compatible with ARC or ARC Pro integration. We confirm this site by site before specifying equipment.

Can storage help with utility incentive or demand-response programs?
