We review your utility territory, rate class and equipment specification to see whether a demand-response or grid-services program is even open to a site like yours. Programs vary widely by region and by utility, so this step comes before any economic modeling.

If a program looks applicable, we model the potential impact of participation against your load profile and rate structure as part of our advisory work, so you can see how it might factor into the overall cost of the equipment before deciding whether to pursue it.

Enroll with the utility
Enrollment itself is handled directly with the utility, following their program rules and timeline. We coordinate the equipment specification and documentation the utility typically asks for, but the utility controls acceptance into its own program.

Participation depends entirely on the utility and is never guaranteed, and eligibility can change as programs are updated.
